3803810 - Integration Monitoring shows error or no results when filtering

Symptom

In Cloud Integration / CPI, using the monitoring page to filter package name / artifact name using special characters like /, -, or _ for example causes the page to fail.
This failure may be accompanied by an error message of "Bad Request".
