3803848 - Negative values incorrectly allowed in Recurring Pay Components and One-Time Payments

Negative values can be entered and saved in both Pay Component Recurring and One-Time Payment records without any validation error.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central 

1. Navigate to an employee's Compensation Information.
2. Under Pay Component Recurring, enter a negative value in the amount field.
3. Save the record; no error is shown and the record is saved.
4. Navigate to One-Time Payment, enter a negative value in the amount field.
5. Save the record; observe that the negative value is accepted.

This is expected behavior

This is expected behavior that Recurring payment and one time payment accepts negative amount.
