3803863 - Freight order which contains packaging item CHEP creates new FU instead of updating existing FU after EWM loading

Symptom

  • Freight Order with Packaging item (CHEP pallet) during EWM loading and PGI, a new standalone Freight Unit is created instead of updating the existing FU/package hierarchy.
  • Assigning the newly created FU to the existing Freight Order leads to validation errors, such as: "Loading End for Item for item Product &1 is not possible. Warehouse processing status must be "Completed"" and "Statuses of items of req. doc. &1 do not match document execution status."
