3803911 - SUM phase PREP_EXTENSION/CPK_INCLUSION error: Package SAPK*CP* could not be found in the EPS inbox

Symptom

  • You are running system update using Software Update Manager (SUM) and SUM generates the following error in phase PREP_EXTENSION/CPK_INCLUSION:

    "Package SAPK10600ECPS4CORE could not be found in the EPS inbox", check log file 'SPDA_CPKINCLUSION.LOG' for details! 
  • The package name can be different, but it is a TCI package (see SAP Note 2187425 - Information about SAP Note Transport based Correction Instructions (TCI) )
