Custom field shows list element value in mobile instead of the label.

1. Launch a performance form.
2. Move the workflow to the first assessment step.
3. On mobile, the potential rating (custom field using a list) displays a numeric value instead of the label, while the web application shows the correct label (for example, High/Middle/Low).

1. Update the mobile application to version 17.2.0 (new release 2609) or later where the issue is fixed. Release date is Sept. 23, 2026
2. After updating, sign in and verify that list-based custom fields display labels (not numeric values) on mobile.
3. If the issue persists after updating, collect screenshots from web and mobile showing the same field and open a support case referencing the mobile app version and form template type.
