3804047 - UK Statutory Sick Pay (SSP) vs. Full Pay Determination – Not Supported in SF Time Off

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Time Off does not provide native functionality to determine UK sick pay eligibility to assess whether an employee is entitled to Full/Contractual Pay or Statutory Sick Pay (SSP) during a sickness absence.

The Absence Pay Policy / Absence Pay Scheme framework, which supports sick pay calculation, is currently available only for Germany, with no equivalent configuration provided for the UK.
