The employee profile avatar in the top-right corner of SAP SuccessFactors no longer displays the user's initials. Instead, the avatar appears as a blank grey circle/profile icon.

Reproducing the Issue
- Log in to SAP SuccessFactors as any user.
- Observe the profile avatar icon in the top-right corner of the shell header navigation bar.
- Observe that the avatar displays a blank grey circle instead of the user's initials
Resolution
The fix for this issue is planned to be deployed on 2611 release.
