3804096 - Date and Time Field Shows Wrong Value When Creating a Service Call on Android

When using a value expression new Date((d = new Date(), d.setHours(0, 0, 0, 0), d)) in the Screen Configuration to set a date value to midnight (00:00:00), the expected results are not returned. The field does not behave as intended and may return an incorrect or unexpected date time value.
