After Oracle SAP Bundle Patch (SBP) binaries are applied with MOPatch, one or more post-installation failures occur:
(1) The Oracle database fails to start after binary patching.
(2) catsbp exits with Overall Status: INCOMPLETE or individual patches report WITH ERRORS.
(3) catsbp reports database components (SDO, CATALOG, APEX, etc.) with invalid status.
(4) SP2-0310 error: unable to open a required SQL script file.
(5) datapatch fails during catsbp post-processing.
(6) The SBP version cannot be confirmed in dba_registry_history.
