3804123 - Android label inconsistency when editing a custom MDF record on SuccessFactors Mobile App

When editing a custom MDF card on Android, the edit entry shows an incorrect title/label instead of the configured section name.

On iOS and desktop, the card displays the configured title from Manage Configuration UI.

In the "View All" section, names appear correctly across all Platforms.

1. Sign in to the mobile app as a user with permission to edit People Profile.
2. Open a user's People Profile and navigate to the custom MDF portlet.
3. Tap the pencil icon to edit the card.
4. Observe that on Android the edit entry title shows an incorrect label, different from the one configured in Manage Configuration UI.
5. Tap View All and observe that section names display correctly.
6. Compare with iOS and web where the title shows the configured value.

Engineering confirmed this is a product defect. The Android app incorrectly displays the native edit entry for the custom MDF card and pulls the title from the collection resolver, causing a mismatch with the configured Title Type User Defined/Title Format.

Engineering team has confirmed that the fix is planned to be released on September 22nd, 2026.

Note: Availability in Google Play Store may shift by ±1–2 days due to platform approval processes. So, customers should expect it to be available on Sep 24th maximum and make sure the App is updated to the latest version when testing.
