3804221 - Enhanced Offboarding Dashboard isn't available - Onboarding

Symptom

The enhanced Offboarding Dashboard isn't available in the system, unable to see “Adapt Filters” in the Offboarding Dashboard.

Environment

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Open the Offboarding Dashboard in Admin Center.
  2. Observe that the Offboarding Dashboard isn't the enhanced version.

Cause

The enhanced Offboarding Dashboard was not fully enabled.

Resolution

  1. Go to Admin Center > Manage Data.
  2. Open Onboarding Configuration and select the Default configuration.
  3. Choose Take Action > Make Correction.
  4. Set latestOffboardingDashboardEnabled to Yes.
  5. Save the changes.
  6. Perform an OData Metadata Refresh in the system.
