• In a service order with a date profile copied from standard, a manually entered date for a custom date type with no date rule is cleared when the screen refreshes (for example, after pressing Enter or another action).
  
• Manual entry for a standard date type without a date rule remains populated; the clearing occurs only for the custom date type.
  
• No error message is displayed.
