3804289 - Status field unavailable in all Reporting types

• Status field (Employee status: active, inactive) cannot be added to reports in Advanced Reporting.
• Applies to both Table and Canvas reports.
• Environment does not include Employee Central.

• Advanced Reporting (ODS)

1. Attempt to add the Status field to the query from Basic User Information.
2. Observe that the Status field is not available to select.

The Status field under Manage Business Configuration > Employee Profile > Standard was disabled and had no label, preventing it from appearing in Advanced Reporting in an environment without Employee Central.

1. Go to Admin Center > Manage Business Configuration.
2. Navigate to Employee Profile > Standard and locate the Status element.
3. Edit the Status element: set Enabled to Yes and provide a Label.
4. Save the changes.
5. Open Advanced Reporting (ODS) and verify the Status field is now available in both Table and Canvas reports.
