3804300 - Rich Text Editor Fields on Position Object Are Not Working

Symptom

On Position object, fields configured as Rich Text Editor are not working
Unable to paste text into the field, unable to break line, unable to use bullet points etc

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

Reproducing the Issue

Configure a Configuration UI where a field on position object is configured as RTE Field to Yes
Next update/create position
Notice field is not working as intended, unable to paste into field, unable to break line etc.

Cause

This issue has been identified as a product defect.
Our Engineering team has investigated the behavior and confirmed that a product fix will be applied in an upcoming release.

Resolution

The fix is planned for the H2 2026 release, scheduled for 12-Oct-2026 for Preview and 13-Nov-2026 for Production.
Temporary Workaround:
As a temporary workaround, please disable RTE (Rich Text Editor) on the affected fields until the fix is available.
