3804343 - Newly created selections not visible in GRDC Manage Form after Define Selection sync

In the Define Selection application, new selections were created. But these selections are not visible in the available filters/selections list in the GRDC Manage Form application.

Synchronization between GRDC and Group Reporting (GR) was attempted via the Synchronize action in Manage Form, but the issue persists.

No error messages or error codes were reported.
