Symptom

The field QDYNREGEL is maintained in table INSPCHARACTERISTIC for BAPI_INSPECTIONPLAN_CREATE.

After running the BAPI, No error or warning message is returned, but the value of the Dynamic Modification Rule (field QDYNREGEL) is not populated in table PLMK.
