3804448 - CL_SDM_FOT_RECON slow or not progressing during SUM post-processing

The SDMI migration class CL_SDM_FOT_RECON is running for a very long time during SUM ABAP post-processing phase MAINPOSTPROC/RUNSDMIPOSTPROCESSING and the upgrade cannot proceed.

One or more of the following are observed:

• Jobs RSUPGJOB (client 000) and SAP_SDM_EXECUTOR_POS (client NNN) remain in Active status for X or more hours
• Transaction SDM_MON shows CL_SDM_FOT_RECON with a large number of remaining records and very slow throughput
• The throughput rate in SDM_MON is significantly below expectations — for example, fewer than 5,000,000 records per hour with 4 parallel processes
• Increasing the maximum parallel processes for CL_SDM_FOT_RECON in SDM_MON → Goto → SDM Configuration (Config Options) produces no measurable improvement
• Executing report R_SDM_ONLINE_EXEC (SE38) for class CL_SDM_FOT_RECON does not change the migration pace
• SUM post-processing is blocked; the upgrade cannot advance to SPAU or later phases
