3804483 - Employee Central – Profile not returning to page after data changes (Performance delay).

Symptom

- While making data change from quick actions "Change Job and Compensation Info" option on employee profile page. you click multiple times on Change Job and Compensation Info option it will create multiple popup on screen instead of one popup. 

- When you close all popup the employee profile screen started loading continuous and does not come to normal.

Environment

  • SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
  • SAP SuccessFactors Employee Profile. 

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to the Employee Profile page. 
  2. Click the All Actions button and click Change Job and Compensation Info multiple times.
  3. Multiple tabs will be open.
  4. Close all tabs one by one.
  5. After closing the last tab, the page keeps loading.
  6. Click the Refresh button.
  7. The page will return to normal.

Known Issue 

Resolution

Engineering team has been confirmed that, this issue will get fixed in b2611 release (Nov 2026).
