3804488 - Alphabetical execution order of multiple substitutions not applied (note 3393108)

When implementing multiple substitutions, the expectation is to have the last (from alphabetical order) substitution rule being the one which ends up in the posting.  SAP Note 3393108 is implemented, however, the system behaves differently.
