3804495 - Contract Settlement Reversal is executed even when the Release is rejected

Symptom

Current configuration in Customizing triggers a release workflow when a Contract Settlement reversal is attempted. However, even when the approver rejects the reversal, the deal is still left in "01 Contract" activity, instead of being returned to "02 Contract Settlement".
