• In the Performance Management form, a business rule does not change a custom field from required to optional when its conditions are met.
• On opening a performance form from Inbox and navigating to the relevant section, specific custom fields remain required instead of becoming optional per the configured rule.
• Per the configured dynamic form content rule, the fields are expected to become optional when certain fields are not equal to a specific value, but they do not.
• No error message is displayed.
