3804546 - Datasphere Services Unavailable for Seamless Planning Models in SAP Analytics Cloud

When opening Models with Data Storage in SAP Datasphere (Seamless Planning Models) in SAP Analytics Cloud, the following error message appears:

• Some SAP Datasphere services are currently not available.

• SAP Analytics Cloud 2026.15.6
• SAP Datasphere

1. Log in to SAP Analytics Cloud
2. Open a model with Data Storage in SAP Datasphere
3. Notice the error message: Some SAP Datasphere service are currently not available.

Users experiencing the issue either do not have a SAP Datasphere account, or if they do, they are not assigned to the space storing the Seamless Planning model.

For Seamless Planning models, users require:

• An equivalent SAP Datasphere user account using the same email address and identity provider (IDP) as their SAP Analytics Cloud account.
• Read and Create permissions on SAP Datasphere spaces to store models.

However, some planning activities such as opening a planning-enabled story, entering data, and publishing a version are possible without the user account available in SAP Datasphere.
