3804552 - SAP Integration Suite Migration Tool - "Unable to parse response" when retrieving SAP PO ICO data

Symptom

  • The SAP Integration Suite Migration Tool fails while retrieving Integration Configuration Objects (ICOs) or related artifacts from an SAP Process Orchestration system.
  • The connection test between Integration Suite and SAP PO may complete successfully, but the migration log contains messages such as:
    • DES: Unable to retrieve Software Component Version Name. Exception = null
      DES: Retrieval of the Software Component Version Name FAILED. Exception: MigrationException: Unable to parse response
      DES: Retrieval of the ICO Detail data failed. Unable to parse response
      INT: Exception in identifying patterns: Creation of ICOModel failure. Exception while building the ICO Model: Unable to parse response
