3804559 - Cannot post fixed asset retirement with revenue when sales value is zero - SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public edition

In App Post Transfer (Across Company Codes within same country) entering revenue amount zero is not possible.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Attempt to post a fixed asset retirement with revenue using a sales value of 0.
2. Observe that the system returns an error and the posting is not completed.
3. Enter a nominal non-zero amount (for example, 1) and observe that the posting completes successfully.

The system does not allow posting a sales value of zero when the retirement with revenue indicator is set. This is expected system behavior, not a configuration issue.

1. Note that a sales value of 0 is not permitted for retirements with revenue by design.
2. If a sale posting is required, enter a non-zero nominal sales value.
3. If no revenue should be recognized, process the retirement without revenue (scrapping) or use an appropriate transfer process, as applicable.
