3804563 - Custom fields missing from MDCIMG table fields (MARA/MARC/MVKE)

Symptom

  • In MDCIMG → Configure Process Models and Field Properties, existing custom Z fields in MARA, MVKE and MARC, are not displayed under Table Fields.
  • The issue persists even after following the recommendations provided in KBA 0003285353, with no error message displayed.
