3804568 - Connectivity issues with BSI TaxFactory SaaS after September 19 (lower environments) or September 26 (production)

Symptom

You have noticed that BSI connection for BSI TaxFactory SaaS has suddenly stopped working after September 19 (lower environments) or September 26 (production).

Due to that, the error Connection Error: SOAP:1007 SRT: Unsupported xstream found: (HTTP Code 404 : Not Found) may be raised in different processes on the system, such as the payroll execution, the run of the Sync Tool (report RPUPAYUS_SYNC_TAX_DATA) or executing the step "Define user credentials for BSI TaxFactory SaaS integration" from SPRO.
