3804684 - Activation Email References ondemand.com Instead of cloud.sap in IAS

Symptom

  • A new user is created in the IAS using the cloud.sap domain (for example, provisioning an onboardee via IPS or creating a user in the IAS administration console) .
  • The user receives an account activation email that contains a URL referencing the domain ondemand.com instead of cloud.sap.
  • After the user clicks the activation link and successfully sets their password via the ondemand.com URL, they are prompted to log in again instead of being directly authenticated.
