Error received/Dropdown loads very slowly when searching Company/Department/Location in Manage Pending Hires > Recruiting.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Navigate to Manage Pending Hires and select Recruiting.
  2. On the Manage Pending Hires page, locate the Company dropdown filter.
  3. Click or interact with the Company dropdown.
  4. Observe: The dropdown takes an unusually long time to load values.
  5. Observe: An error message is displayed on screen.

Resolution

The fix for this issue is planned to be deployed on 2H 2026 release.
