Symptom

  • When the shop is embedded via iframe on a website and accessed with iOS Safari, users can navigate to event ticket selection but adding tickets to the cart fails.
  • Error message on iOS Safari when adding to cart: "Keine Plätze beziehungsweise nicht ausreichend Plätze gefunden".
  • Works without issues on Android with Chrome.
  • Retest shows: works as expected on iOS in Chrome/Firefox.
  • Issue reproduced on iOS Safari version 26.6.2.
