3804887 - EPIC bank receipts: POST_TMPL not editable while TRANSAC_TYPE is editable after upgrade to 2023

Symptom

After upgrading to SAP S/4HANA 2023, the field POST_TMPL in Bank Receipts has become non-editable while TRANSAC_TYPE is now editable — the reverse of the behavior in SAP S/4HANA 1909 — causing the previous approach of using two transaction types to post to different accounts via adjusted posting rules to no longer function as expected.
