3804937 - Stackability indicator missing at product item level in BN4L

Symptom

  • When a Freight Order is tendered from SAP Transportation Management to SAP Business Network for Logistics (BN4L), the product is as non-stackable in TM, but BN4L displays it as stackable.
  • The StackableIndicator element is present at the Package level in the outbound XML message (TransportOrderRequest_Out), but is absent at the product item (PRD) level.
  • Because the StackableIndicator is not present at the product item level, BN4L defaults to treating the product as stackable.
