Latest SAP Cloud ALM records not reflected after import job refresh in SAC

• SAP Analytics Cloud 2026.15.6
• Datasource : SAP Cloud ALM

1. Login to SAC
2. Open the model based on SAP Cloud ALM
3. Navigate to Data Management tab
4. Run the Import Job to load data
5. Verify that the data refresh completes successfully.

Notice : The latest Cloud ALM data is not reflected and the previous day's data is still displayed.

The Period filter in the import job query is set to L1D (Last 1 Day), which returns the previous day's snapshot from SAP Cloud ALM.

To fetch the latest and current data from SAP Cloud ALM, change the Period filter from L1D to C1D in the query used for the SAC Import Job.

1. Open the query configured for the Import Job in SAP Analytics Cloud.
2. Add the Period field to the Filters section.
3. Set the Period filter to C1D and save the changes
4. Execute the Import Job to refresh the data.
5. Verify the updated records in the SAC model or story.
