3805017 - Copy Transaction Data Does Not Copy Document Type 0Z

Symptom

You are using the Copy Transaction Data app  and notice that Document Type 0Z and other *Z document type are not transferred as per your expectation.

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition 

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to the Copy Transaction Data app.

  2. Fill in the required data.

  3. Select Execute.

You notice that all document type data records have been copied except document type 0Z.

Cause

The data record posted on document types 0Z  and on other *Z document type have Record Type different from '0-Actual'.

Resolution

This is the expected system design.

Copy Transaction Data functionality supports only ACDOCU data record with Record Type '0'.
