3805057 - Tokens [[First Name]] and [[Last Name]] not correct for custom task email template - Onboarding

Tokens [[First Name]] and [[Last Name]] always resolve with the offbordee or onbordee name, even when the custom task is assigned to the managers / HR team, for emails:

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. New Hire tasks are created for the onbordee as per Process Variant
2. A custom new hire task is assigned to the Manager for completion
3. Admin Center > Email Services 
4. See email (ONB) Custom Onboarding Task Initiated Template was sent to the Manager
5. The email starts with Dear followed by the onbordee name, but the email was correctly sent to the Manager

Expected behavior.

1. By default, the first name and last name tokens will capture the subject user (i.e the onboardee/offbordee).
2. Currently, there is not a workaround to configure custom tokens to retrieve the users assigned to complete the custom task.
3. Enhancements requests can be submitted following KBA 2090228.
