Symptom

Users may be able to create email campaigns but they are unable to select a value for the Brand field

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Create a new email campaign (or edit a new one)
  2. Fill out the information
  3. when filling out the Brand field, there are no visible options

Cause

A Missing Permission

Resolution

Make sure that the user creating / editing the campaign have the following permission: Manage MDF Recruiting Objects > MarketingBrand
