3805101 - Missing Administrator Role After IT Contact Changed During SCI Provisioning — SAP Signavio Process Transformation Suite

• User is listed as Tenant Owner in Tenant Management but does not have administrator access within the Signavio environment after SCI provisioning.
• User can log in to Signavio but is unable to add users, configure settings, or complete environment setup.
• The IT contact was changed from the original user to a new user partway through the provisioning process.
• The original IT contact cannot log in to Signavio — no Signavio user account was created for them, even after a password reset and attempting access via the SAP for Me link.
• Tenant Management panel shows the correct user as Owner User; tenant status is Active and Enabled.
• No error message is displayed — the user simply lacks administrator permissions within the Signavio environment.
• Provisioning Type is SCI (SAP Cloud Identity Services).

The administrator role can be assigned through the SAP Cloud Identity Services (SCI) Console. The steps below must be completed by a person with the Manage Groups and Manage Users roles assigned in the SCI Console (typically the company's BTP or IAS tenant administrator).

1. Sign in to the SAP Cloud Identity Services administration console at https://accounts.cloud.sap
2. Navigate to Groups and locate the Signavio Administrator group.
3. Select the group and press Add.
4. Search for and select the affected user, then save the changes.
5. Run the user sync job to push the role assignment through to Signavio.
6. Have the user log back in to Signavio and confirm that administrator rights are active.
