3805138 - Missing Quality Inspection creation for ARM Delivery after Goods Receipt in embedded EWM

After posting goods receipt for a returns delivery in embedded EWM, below symptons are observed:

• Q01 docflow entry is created for the delivery item, but nothing is displayed when trying to navigate to MSR_INSPWH screen with the additional data (puzzle) button;
• The GR Warehouse Task only has inspection type "F" reference and no quality inspection number assigned;
• In MSR_INSPWH, the follow-up action and inspection code fields are greyed out;
• At item level in MSR_INSPWH, inspection document number has value "$00000000001"
• In returns overview screen (MSR_TRC_C), inspection number is not filled and process step has status "Not started";
• There are no stuck queues pending in SMQ2 or SMQ1 for the affected delivery document.
