3805220 - SM35 "Created by (Name)" and "Authorization user (Name)" initially empty until refresh

Symptom

In transaction SM35, the columns "Created by (Name)" and "Authorization user (Name)" are not populated with names in all rows immediately after starting the transaction. After refreshing the screen (for example, pressing Enter), all names for the user IDs are populated as expected.
