3805238 - Cannot maintain "Define Shipping Data for Plants" in production because client is closed (STO) — SAP S/4HANA

Symptom

  • In SPRO > Material Management > Purchasing > Purchase Order > Set up Stock Transfer Order > Define Shipping Data for Plants, updating the customer for a plant is blocked with message that the client is closed.
  • Error TK430: "Client xxx has status 'not modifiable'."
  • The Transport option is greyed out in the activity.
  • This maintenance was possible after upgrade.
