Symptom

Access to the Manage Revenue Contracts (New Version) App (F3883A) cannot be granted in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition 2608.

  • The Manage Revenue Contracts (New Version) App (F3883A) is not visible in the system.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Access to the Manage Revenue Contracts (New Version) App (F3883A) is attempted.
  2. The App is not shown in the system.

Cause

Access failure is due to missing authorization:

  • Scope items 3KK and 3VS are not active.
  • Business catalog SAP_FIN_BC_FARR_CONTRT_PC is not assigned to the affected business user, preventing access to the Manage Revenue Contracts (New Version) App (F3883A).

Resolution

  1. Verify that scope items 3KK and 3VS are activated.
  2. Assign business catalog SAP_FIN_BC_FARR_CONTRT_PC to the affected business user.
