3805292 - GCP/Hyperscalers - XML import of Fixed Value versions overwrites earlier version names

Symptom

  • Importing an XML containing two FIXED_VALUE versions with different NAME attributes results in only one Fixed Value being created in the UI, with both versions displaying the same NAME as the latest version.
  • Performing the name change via the UI allows different names per version without the naming overwrite seen with XML import.
