3805354 - Exclusion field not retained in Manage Prices –Sales (F4111) app -SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

In Manage Prices – Sales, for a PPR0 record based on condition table 305, exposing the Exclusion field via Adapt UI and setting X does not persist; after save and reopen the value is not displayed.

• Whether ConditionExclusion can be maintained through the 'Manage Prices – Sales'(F4111) app.  
• Whether exposing the field through Adapt UI is supported.                                                
• Whether the field can only be updated through API_SLSPRICINGCONDITIONRECORD_SRV.       
• Whether ConditionExclusion = X on a table-305 PPR0 condition record is supported for preventing a subsequent DPG5 condition through an exclusion-aware pricing requirement.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Open Manage Prices – Sales(F4111) and locate a PPR0 Customer/Material condition record based on condition table 305.
2. Use Adapt UI to expose the Exclusion field and set the value to X.
3. Save the record and reopen it.
4. Observe that the Exclusion value is not retained/displayed.

Manage Prices – Sales (F4111) app does not support maintaining the 'ConditionExclusion' attribute, and condition exclusion groups cannot identify the source access/condition table, preventing source-based exclusion of subsequent conditions. 

1. Whether ConditionExclusion can be maintained through the 'Manage Prices – Sales'(F4111) app  -No.
2. Whether exposing the field through Adapt UI is supported                                                        -No.                                           
3. Whether the field can only be updated through API_SLSPRICINGCONDITIONRECORD_SRV         -Yes.
4. Whether ConditionExclusion = X on a table-305 PPR0 condition record is supported for preventing a subsequent DPG5 condition through an exclusion-aware pricing requirement -No
   • Cannot use condition exclusion groups because it can't distinguish which condition table sourced the condition type. Can use the pricing requirement of DPG5 to check the condition table of PPR0.
