• Custom fields populated via a BAdI are not appearing in the Balance Confirmation letter (form FDP_FFO_BLCN_LTTR_SRV).
• Within the BAdI, the fields are fetched and populated successfully, but the values are not reflected on the form output.
• No error messages are shown.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Create custom fields under business context Accounting: Journal Entry Item or others using the Custom Fields app.
2. Implement a BAdI to populate these custom fields and verify it runs successfully.
3. Publish the custom fields and enable relevant form templates where possible.
4. Generate the Balance Confirmation letter based on template FDP_FFO_BLCN_LTTR_SRV.
5. Observe that the custom field values do not appear on the Balance Confirmation form output.

The Balance Confirmation letter (FDP_FFO_BLCN_LTTR_SRV) does not support custom fields. The form's data source FDP_FFO_BLCN_LTTR_SRV cannot be enabled via the Custom Fields app.
