3805473 - Upload and Prepare Steps Slow/Stuck in Migration Cockpit Due to Client Mismatch

Symptom

  • Uploading XML files via the “Migrate Your Data” (Migration Cockpit) Fiori app is unusually slow, even for very small files (for example, around 8 records).
  • The “Prepared task” step takes an extended time to complete after upload.
  • Observed within a specific client of the system.
  • No error messages or error codes are displayed.
