Cause
Resolution
This behavior is expected and works as designed. The design of the Latest Home Page is intended to ensure better visibility and readability of the Greeting and Quick Actions sections. To achieve a similar visual effect, modify the background image before uploading it. For example, you can add a subtle overlay, reduce the image intensity, or adjust the image colors using an image editing tool before uploading the image to the Home Page.
If you would like additional control over background image overlays in the Latest Home Page, please submit an enhancement request. For more information, refer to KBA 2090228 - How to submit an enhancement request.
