3805501 - Form I-9 Section 3 fields truncated in DocuSign – Onboarding

Symptom

In the form I-9s In Section 3, long values in the Document Title and Document Number fields will be cut off as you can see in the screenshot below.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Start the I-9 Section 3 process for a user in Onboarding 2.0.
  2. Ensure a long Document Title and/or Document Number is selected.
  3. Open the document in DocuSign and review Section 3.
  4. Observe that the Document Title and/or Document Number fields are cut off/truncated in the form display.

Cause

A code correction has been created for this issue.

Resolution

  • A fix is planned for this issue in 2H 2026.
  • Please monitor this KBA for updates on this fix.
