It is required to fill the Fixing Indicator (EKET-FIXKZ) for a schedule line in a Scheduling Agreement, but this field is missing from BAPIs BAPI_SAG_CREATE, BAPI_SAG_CHANGE, BAPI_SCHEDULE_MAINTAIN.
