3805564 - [Edge Integration Cell] Repository-Based Shipment Channel credentials invalid error when updating in Edge Lifecycle Management

• In SAP Edge Lifecycle Management (ELM), the following warning banner is displayed persistently: "Your Repository-Based Shipment Channel user credentials are not valid. Please update your credentials."
• The RBSC technical user's Basic Auth Password has been regenerated in the RBSC portal (https://ui.repositories.cloud.sap) and updated in ELM Tenant Settings, but the error banner continues to appear.
• Test Connection in ELM → Tenant Settings → Repository-Based Shipment Channel continues to fail even with freshly generated credentials.
• Running the following curl command against the RBSC Docker registry returns HTTP 429:
