Symptom

  • Upon device change in EG42 to a different register group where register parameters are the same (register code, register category, interval length, register factor), updates are not sent to MDMS.
  • The outbound payload UtilitiesDeviceERPSmartMeterRegisterChangeRequest_Out is not sent after successful reprogramming.
