3805575 - Error: "Unrecognized event type=UNKNOWN" when I replicate BusinessPartner data from S/4HANA to Supplier Information Management

Symptom

I am sending BUSINESS_PARTNER objects from S/4HANA to SAP Integration Suite. The messages show a Completed status in Managed Gateway, but they fail when they reach Supplier Information Management (SIM).

In the All Integration Message Statuses application, I see the following error: "Unrecognized event type=UNKNOWN for inBoundQueueId=[ID], entityId=[ID] and versionId=null"

The EventType field is empty in the inbound payload received by SAP Integration Suite.
